  • No mark ups on maintenance and repairs, no overcharges, no supervision fees, we pass on to our Owners the actual cost of maintenance and repairs. The supervision of all the work is included in our management fees.  Owners can elect to use our vetted vendors or we can use owner's vendors or any vendor Owner prefers to use. We can supervise these vendors as we do the vendors in our network. We have a total open book policy.

  • Proven and vetted vendors in our network, many  with long relationships extending to over 15 years.  These vendors   provide great workmanship and offer us preferred pricing, because of the job volume and long standing relationship, which we pass on to our Owners. Not only we assure great work quality but pas all savings to our Owners.

  • United States based employees and assistants. Unlike may other property management companies, we do not hire offshore assistants, employees or any type of virtual assistants.  Our personnel and independent contractors are all from the United States and are part of our Florida Property Management Services LLC family

  • Maintenance requests are answered within few minutes  7 days a week and we take emergency work orders 24/7

  • State of the art technology, electronic payments,  owner and tenant portals, digital record keeping, streamlined communication and rent collection platform

  • Unique tenant screening system. We have developed a system that goes beyond the usual tenant screening. Therefore our eviction rate has been for over 10 years below 0.5%, something unheard of in our industry

  • Own attorney prepared comprehensive lease agreement and addenda

  • We focus 100% in property management, we do not sell properties, we concentrate in the leasing and management of our properties and our Team is 100% committed to the optimum performance of your investment property

  • We market all properties through the Multiple Listing Service and syndicate to more than 25 real estate websites, we share leasing commissions with all Realtors providing full exposure to the rental listing
